Your crew training will be made up of:-

Practical training alongside
Mentored training at sea on day sails
We want to make sure we train and keep a good crew.
By the time you come for your first sail, it will be expected that you come with a reasonable mastery of the concepts in the "Essential Knowledge" boxes at the end of each module.
